Toby C. Curley

April 29th, 1940 – March 15th, 2016

Toby Curley, 75, of Table Grove, IL, passed away at 7:58 am at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. She was born on April 29, 1940 in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Robert and Maxine (Leonard) Immel.

She is survived by her son, Danny Belden, of Prescott, WI, 3 daughters, Cary (and Robert) Little of Vermont, Cathy (and Mark) Brown of Upland, CA and Jennifer Markovic of Springfield, 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters, Shirley Nelson of Table Grove and Kathy (and Leonard) Wass of Oswego.

She is Preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Pamela Bucy and great-grandson, Cole Posey.

Toby was a secretary at Terrill Title Company in Macomb, IL and was also the Owner/Operator of the Honey Comb in Table Grove.

She was a member of the Table Grove Community Church and the Table Grove American Legion Auxiliary. Family came first for Toby, then shopping. She was a very giving person that really enjoyed Christmas time. Toby also enjoyed the bible study groups she was apart of, watching her grandchildren’s ball games, playing cards, bowling, jewelry and collecting several different things.

Services will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria, IL. Pastor Tim Lindsay will be officiating. A visitation will take place from 1 to 3 pm on Saturday, March 19, 2016. Interment will be in the Harris Cemetery in Table Grove. Memorials may be made to the Table Grove Community Church.
